AIFS is looking for a Microsoft .NET Developer to join our development team. This individual will be involved in the full project lifecycle interacting with both IT team members and key business partners. Projects will include both new development as well as maintaining existing systems. Responsibilities include developing a 3-tier web application utilizing ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server, create and maintain software application for a large distributed .NET solution, provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and working with development teams as it relates to software development including test driven development, automated unit testing and test fixtures.
 
The ideal candidate will have at minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience with Visual Studio 2003/2005, C#, and ASP.NET, object oriented design and development experience.   Requires multi-tier application design and development.  Willing to work in team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
