AIFS Announces Launch of College Prep Program
-Offers SAT Courses, College Tours, Advice at Amherst this Summer-

STAMFORD, CT – February 9, 2010 – The American Institute For Foreign Study (AIFS), a leader in study abroad since 1964, is delighted to announce the launch of its newest program, AIFS University Prep, designed to prepare high school students as they approach college.

AIFS University Prep is a full three-week intensive program focused on assisting college bound students to become savvy applicants as they face the ins and outs of the application and admissions process from SAT preparation through the final admissions interview.

Students at AIFS University Prep, will reside at Amherst College in Amherst, MA from July 18 to August 7, take tours to such campuses as Brown, MIT, Dartmouth, Yale, Harvard and Boston University, meet with current college students and admissions officers, train and test on actual college board materials and much more. In addition, AIFS University Prep is open to international students, creating the quintessential global classroom environment, giving all participants exposure to other parts of the world.
